we find that a repair is warranted we will provide the
customer with a detailed written quote via email
within 2-3 business days after the service.
Written quotes are honored for 6 months allowing our
customers time to get competitor quotes and do their own
research should they choose to have the repair remedied.
If a customer needs to have work performed on the spot due
to their circumstances (purchase & sale, no heat etc) we
adjust our procedures to fit the customers needs.
