After reviewing the fireplace, he could find no problems with it. He estimated that there may be a problem with the "flashing" where the roof meets the chimney. He provided a reasonable quote to fix that, and gave us the option to go that route. He was also very honest and said that may not fix the problem. He then left it for us to decide, and did not charge for his estimate/analysis. Should we decide to have that fixed, we will most certainly use him."
